Thank you very much for your contribution to Out To Protect. Your generous donation will go directly to scholarships and educational initiatives designed to accompish our mission of creating a greater awareness of the gay, lesbian, bi-sexual, and transgender professionals working in law enforcement and to support those pursuing a law enforcement career.
Our goal is to spend at least 90% of every donated dollar on programming, grants and scholarships. The remaing funds we receive will be used to sustain our organization and to promote our mission. Your donation is eligible for a tax deduction under section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code. Out to Protect Incorporated is a 501(c)(3) non-profit public benefit corporation.
You can feel good about contributing to the future of law enforcement. We believe that the most effective way of improving law enforcement’s acceptance of GLBT personnel is through positve and effective role modeling.Law enforcement needs excellent “out” gay, lesbian, bi-sexual, and transgender role models and that is what our scholarships are all about.
