Make A Tax Deductible Donation
Out to Protect Scholarships are funded entirely by tax deductible donations. Our goal for 2012 is to award two $1000 scholarships to the best role models we can find. We need your help to raise enough money to meet our goal. Please consider giving in one of the many ways available below.
Out To Protect Incorporated is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt non-profit public benefit corporation dedicated to supporting gay, lesbian, bi-sexual and transgender law enforcement professionals. Our goal is to distribute at least 90% of the donations we receive in scholarships for people pursuing a law enforcement career. The remaining funds will be used to sustain the organization and to promote our mission. None of the funding we receive will be used for employee salaries.
One of the best ways to support the future of law enforcement all year long is to spread your donation out with a monthly contribution. Your credit card will be debited $5 or $10 each month automatically. A PayPal account is required for this service and you can stop the monthly payments at anytime.

All donations are eligible for a tax deduction under section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code.
