We are eager to support law enforcement agencies that actively recruit from within the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender community.  We believe that the ideal law enforcement agency is one that sees diversity as a strength and that values a rank and file that mirrors the community the agency services.  If your law enforcement agency is recruiting to fill open positions at any level and are looking “out” members of the LGBTQ+ community to apply, please submit your job announcement using the form below.  We will promote your recruitment on this website and through our social media channels at no cost to you.

This free advertising opportunity is open to agencies that have a law enforcement workplace that is inclusive for LGBTQ+ employees as evidenced by meeting 8 or more of the inclusive workplace indicators.

To participate, simply complete the form below and upload a copy of your job flier. You agency must at least have a written policy prohibiting harassment and discrimination based on sexual orientation, gender identity, and gender expression.  The job flier you submit must specifically call for LGBTQ+ applicants.
